Ultrasonic Water Level Meter For Gaging Station
Introduction
Ultrasonic level meter is microprocessor controlled digital level meter. Ultrasonic pulses generated by the sensor (transducer) emitted in the measurement, the surface acoustic wave after reflection by the liquid receiving same sensor or an ultrasonic receiver, by a piezoelectric crystal or a magnetostrictive device into an electrical signal by transmitting and receiving sound waves to calculate the time between the sensor surface to the distance measured liquid. As a result of non-contact measurement, measured media is almost unlimited, can be used to measure the height of a variety of liquid and solid materials. It is widely used in open pipe, oil tank, pump station, water tower, dam, open channel, difference between levels etc.
Feature
1. Has a strong anti-interference. Upper and lower limits can be set to adjust the output node and
online, and with on-site display, select the analog, digital and RS485 output for easy interface
with related facilities.
2.Case is quite compact and rugged, with excellent chemical resistance, for inorganic
compounds,regardless of acid, alkali, salt solutions, in addition to strong oxidizing materials,
almost all of its non-destructive effect on almost all solvents at room temperature are insoluble,
general dioxane, hydrocarbons, alcohols, phenols, aldehydes, ketones and other media can be
used.
